Every day our feet are subjected to tremendous weight-bearing stress. Over time, this leads to imbalanced walking patterns and contributes to misalignment of the body from head to toe. So when you care for your feet you really are taking care of your entire body.

Who needs Yamuna Foot Fitness?

  • Anyone with a foot condition: bunions, flat feet, Morton’s neuroma, plantar fasciitis.
  • Anyone wanting to improve foot flexibility
  • Anyone who stands for long periods of time on their feet

Beginner Self Care Yamuna Body Rolling 3 week course

This beginner Yamuna Body Rolling course is an opportunity to gift ourselves time for a deep delicious way of unwinding tension, stress, and discomforts within our bodies.

Using a small ball, we will learn:

  • Specific techniques to release each part of the body
  • To increase flexibility through deep relaxing stretching
  • To improve bone quality
  • To develop a strong, toned, pain-free and unrestricted body
  • To decrease muscular or joint aches and pains giving a sense of freedom
